-
For children who seem anxious, stuck, or not quite themselves since experiencing something difficult. EMDR intensives help release stored stress gently, using play, art, story, and virtual sandtray. The work is paced slowly, but the momentum is faster than weekly therapy — allowing children to feel lighter, more confident, and more regulated.
-
For families who are longing to feel connected again. These intensives rebuild safety and closeness through playful, nurturing parent–child interaction. We strengthen co-regulation, trust, and shared joy — so connection becomes easier, conflict softens, and everyday life feels more peaceful.
-
When you need to breathe again. Parent EMDR intensives help release guilt, stress, and emotional residue from your own history — so parenting feels less reactive and more grounded. We use EMDR and expressive, body-based approaches to shift what’s been weighing you down so you can show up with more clarity and stability.
-
A deep, focused immersion in CPRT principles — to soften reactions, increase empathy, and improve communication. You learn how to see beneath behavior, respond to needs, and create intentional play-based connection rituals that change patterns inside the relationship.
-
An intensive with me is not just more frequent therapy — it is a fully supported, deeply personalized 6-week treatment container.
What’s included:
• Initial intake and assessment session included — so we begin with clarity and alignment
• Clinical case conceptualization before we begin — so the work is targeted, not generic
• Two longer, focused sessions per week for six weeks — enough support and continuity to actually change patterns, not just cope
• Parent involvement built into every week — so progress carries over into daily life
• Personalization of the model (EMDR, Theraplay-Informed, CPRT, or a blend) based on your child’s specific needs, history, and attachment style
• Weekly spot-check messaging — guidance between sessions so small stuck moments don’t become setbacks
• A written follow-through roadmap — so you know exactly what to continue after the six weeks end
Weekly therapy often moves slowly. There’s too much time between sessions. Children lose momentum. Parents lose hope.
An intensive is different.
It compresses time, increases connection, and creates powerful movement in a short period — and the parent support ensures it actually holds.
This is not paying for “more therapy hours.”
This is paying for faster change, deeper processing, and a level of individualized support that simply does not exist in standard weekly therapy.
